Cancelling Your Order

We understand that plans can change — that’s why you can now cancel your order free of charge at any time, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.

To request a cancellation, simply login to "My Account" and raise a claim. We’ll take it from there and update you as soon as possible.

  • If your order is delayed, you're entitled to cancel free of charge. We're committed to keeping our delivery promises, and if we don’t, we’ll make it right by covering all costs.

  • If your order is on time, a cancellation fee of 10will apply. This covers processing and payment gateway fees we incur when an order is cancelled after confirmation.
    • Due to technical issues caused by global circumstances, we will allow free cancellations for orders purchased between February 25th and March 5th. This condition is temporary and applies only during this period.


Please note: If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you're still covered by our return policy if the product doesn’t meet your expectations.
